Edelzwicker
Presented in a bottle of one liter, this wine is a harmonious blend of several grape varieties.
Freshness and lightness are the strengths of this wine. A wine which can be served on all occasions and at any meal.
Sylvaner
Easy and pleasant dry wine, slightly fruity with citrus aromas. It is a relatively discreet wine, which has a fresh nose with a simple structure.
It is a thirst-quenching wine that can be served with appetizers, cold cuts, fish or seafood.
Pinot Blanc
Produces a yellow-coloured, fresh wine with a greenish flavour and aromas which are discreet, delicate and round, typical of Alsace. It presents a balance between acidity and matter and has peach, pear and apple aromas.
It is recommended to drink this wine within the first two or three years. It is remarkably well-suited to cold starters: terrines, pâtés, salads with various dressings.
Pinot Gris
This wine has very complex aromas with touches of candied fruit, a somewhat unctuous and smoked flavour, with almost a touch of woodland and a slight floral touch in its first years. A full-bodied, fat, round, suave wine with a long finish.
This wine has good ageing potential and gains concentration and bouquet.
It can be served throughout a whole meal.
It goes remarkably well with foie gras, terrines and pasta, as well as mushrooms, white meat, pheasant and veal.
Riesling
The master of Alsace wines. The crispest and the most pointed of grape varieties. It personifies a fruity and floral flavour with a touch of mineral aroma.
When young, it presents a dominantly fruity flavour and then develops a mineral touch (gun flint) and aromas of cooked fruit. Riesling has excellent ageing potential.
It is the ideal wine for fish, shellfish, seafood and sauerkraut.
Muscat
It reproduces the most faithfully the aromas of the grapes from which it is made. Dry and fragrant wine, it is a wonderful aperitif wine and goes marvellously well with asparagus.
Pinot Noir
This grape variety gives the wine aromas of red fruit (cherry) and black currant. Beautifully concentrated and well structured.
Accompanies red or white meat. This wine is not very tannic and can be served throughout a whole meal.
Pinot Noir Barriques
From our best plot of Pinot Noir, this wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters. This Pinot Noir, full-bodied, powerful and deep with light woody notes will go well with grilled meats, game and cheese.
Pinot Noir Rosé
Rosé wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. We let macerate the skin of the grapes with the juice only a few hours to extract a light pink color. Fresh and subtle with strawberry and raspberry aromas it will perfectly accompany your summer barbecues.
Gewurztraminer
A charming wine with a true aromatic explosion, along with density and incomparable complexity. It has floral notes, rather pink, fruity (quince, grapefruit, lychee) and spicy (cinnamon) aromas.
It will be appreciated as an aperitif, with powerful cheeses and exotic cuisine.
Made from vines over thirty years old, these wines develop all the characters of their grape variety around a powerful frame, combining roundness and freshness. The concentration and the complexity of these wines allow them an excellent aging potential.
Riesling Vieilles Vignes
Dry and lively this riesling reveals all the personality of its soil with a ripe acidity and a magnificent minerality after a few years of aging. It will wonderfully accompany fish in sauces as well as seafood.
Pinot Gris Vieilles Vignes
Powerful and robust, it is a complex wine with notes of candied fruit, honey and smoky notes.
It is a wine to keep which gains in concentration and bouquet.
It goes well with foie gras, white meats in sauces and fruit based desserts.
Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes
Powerful and refined, its aromas of exotic fruits and spices will delight your taste buds. This fragrant wine is a wine to keep.
It will be appreciated as an aperitif, with foie gras, cheese (blue, munster) and low-sugar desserts.
The Eguisheim Grands Crus: Grand Cru Eichberg & Grand Cru Pfersigberg.
Made from grapes harvested on Grands Crus status land, these wines comply with strict production rules. The wines produced from these vineyards are marked by their origin. These fine wines obtain their character from the underground.
Pinot Gris Grand cru Pfersigberg
From the best terroirs of Eguisheim, the Grand Cru Pfersigberg enjoys optimum sunshine. Its limestone marl soil produces rich and powerful wines. This wine is discreet in its youth and opens over time with subtle notes of peaches, apricots, and white flowers. Ultimate wine to keep, it will be ideal to accompany your winter evenings by the fire, and your celebration meal.
Gewurztraminer Grand cru Eichberg
From the best terroirs of Eguisheim, the Grand Cru Eichberg enjoys optimum sunshine. Its clay-limestone soil produces fine and powerful wines. This wine is fruity and round with slight hints of exotic fruits. It will perfectly match with foie gras and desserts.
In years when the maturity of the grapes is excellent and when the harvest bodes well thanks to climatic conditions, we pick the bunches carrying very ripe or over-ripe grapes. These grapes are left on the vines longer in order to concentrate the sugar they contain and to reduce their acidity.
The wines made from this harvest are very sweet, rich, unctuous and destined to defy time. They are self-sufficient and find their true expression quite independently.
This is a sparkling wine made according to the traditional champagne method of bottle-fermentation applied to Alsace wines.
