Our fruit brandies (“Eaux de vie” are made by distilling fruit produced in our orchards.
Picked once ripe, the fruit starts its fermentation in casks. After three months, it is distilled in traditional style and heated twice in a copper still which is itself heated in a bain- marie. You will find all the fruity aromas in our fruit brandies. A choice after-dinner drink.
